Barbados Beach Access

There are no private beaches in Barbados; all beaches are public. Properties which front onto a beach may own the land to the high-water mark only.

Numerous public beach accesses across the island provide unimpeded access to the beaches. Some are Pedestrian Access only, while Vehicular Accesses provide access for both cars and pedestrians.
