The 2012 Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival will feature some familiar faces from The Food Network!

On Saturday November 17th Anne Burrell will conduct a cooking demonstration at the Hilton Hotel on the outskirts of the capital city of Bridgetown. Anne is truly a bundle of energy in the kitchen! This energy was unleashed as sous chef for Iron Chef Mario Batali and is currently on display in her new show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef.

Fellow Food Network star Aaron McCargo Jr will be joining Anne in Barbados. Aaron won the 4th season of the Food Network Star and was given his own show Big Daddy’s House. He will join an impressive line-up of international chefs for Ambrosia at the Lion Castle Polo Estate on Saturday November 17th. The six guest chefs (including Anne and Aaron)  will join 6 local chefs to create an exciting tasting menu.

Fans of Chopped will be thrilled to know that regular judges Marc Murphy and Marcus Samuelsson (also the Chopped: All Stars champion!) are also part of the festival lineup!
