Bajans love to brightly decorate their homes, and a Christmas drive to “see the lights” is a tradition for many families.

Despite the warm weather and tropical feeling, traditional Christmas carols and songs such as “Winter Wonderland” fill the airwaves while snowy decorations and displays appear in storefronts and homes.

Santa makes an appearance across the island, but since we have no chimneys he arrives by different means… sometimes by jet ski or parasailing or in this case on traditional horse & carriage!
