The warm (27-29 °C / 81-84 °F) and clear waters off our island are ideal for learning and experiencing freediving. Explore reefs and wrecks on a single breath, and build a unique connection with the underwater world.

Basic courses teach you the fundamentals of freediving with practical breathing sessions. You can then progress to other free diving skills such as equalisation, diving deeper and for longer periods, and body positioning.
