CONDITIONS
- Any person wishing to rent or lease a vehicle must be :
- A minimum of twenty-one (21) years old not more that sixty-five (65) years old.
- The holder of a valid driver's license with at lease two years driving experience
TERMS
- This Company accepts no liability for:
- A minimum of twenty-one (21) years old not more that sixty-five (65) years old.

Under the terms and conditions of the Insurance Coverage, the Hirer / Driver is liable for:
The excess deductible payment for any claim in respect to loss or damage, including fire and theft of the vehicle.
- Drivers over twenty-five (25) years old - $1200.00
- The Collision Waiver Damage Insurance does not include damage to rims and tires.
- The Hirer / Driver must :
- Immediately notify the company of any loss, damage or fault in the vehicle;
- not use the vehicle while in an unroadworthy condition that may result in the injury to anyone or cause damage to property;
- take good care of the vehicle during the period of rental and ensure that it is used only for the purpose for which it is intended;
- not allow the vehicle to be driven by persons other than those stated on the Agreement;
- not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle and could be held liable for prosecution for any such violation under the Motor Vehicle Road Traffic Act;
- return the vehicle with gasoline equivalent to the portion with which it was delivered;
- personally return the vehicle at or before the specified expiry date unless prior arrangements are made for pick-up, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance;
- Hirer / Driver is liable for damage to rims and tyres.
