At Bay Street you'll find Carlisle Bay, a historic crescent-shaped bay with numerous shipwrecks that are enthralling for snorkelers and scuba divers. There are four wrecks which are of particular interest - the Berwyn, Eilon, C-Trek and Fox. At this incredible dive site look for tropical fish, eels, frog fish, seahorses and more! Several dive operators conduct dives in Carlisle Bay.

Overlooking Carlisle Bay is the Bay Street Esplanade which offers fantastic views of the island's coast. At the southern end lies the band stand which is on occassions used for concerts and other cultural activities. It's a great place to stop by on your Barbados vacation!
