Sue Walcott is Back at The Waterfront Café!
The very popular VSOP Jazz Band plays every Thursday.
Enjoy dinner with Jazz...
The VSOP is a local 7-piece Dixieland Jazz Band that has been playing for 28 years at The Waterfront, and for 32 years in all. They are an informal and fun act.
They are led by Andy Voss (trumpet and vocals). Others are John Duckhouse (trombone and vocals), Tony Cummins (clarinet and sax), Art Taylor (piano), Robert Foster (drums), Ronnie Crebbin (banjo), and Chris Gibbs (bass).
The Waterfront Café serves fine food. The menu offers a combination of Caribbean, American and seafood cuisine. Seating is provided for 160 people. The setting is part indoors and part outdoors. The waters of the Careenage and the yachts and cruisers are almost within hands reach. Typical entree is between Bds $48.00 and $78.00.
Dinner reservations are definitely recommended, but if you don’t mind perhaps having to stand, you can simply show up and have a couple of drinks and dance or listen to the band.
