The Barbados Horticultural Society (BHS) has won yet another <strong>Gold medal <\/strong>at the prestigious <strong>Chelsea Flower Show<\/strong> &#8211; its 24th Gold in the society&#8217;s proud history of competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/barbados.org\/video\/chelsea-flower-show-2026.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> <br>The BHS dazzled judges and visitors alike with an exhibit that was as much a patriotic statement as it was a work of horticultural art. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#x1f33a; On the Road to 60<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibit, titled\u00a0<strong>&#8220;On the Road to 60,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0is a tribute to Barbados&#8217; Diamond Jubilee &#8211; the island nation&#8217;s 60th anniversary of Independence, to be celebrated later this year. Year after year, members of the BHS make the journey to Chelsea, armed with the island&#8217;s <strong>finest blooms<\/strong> and an <strong>unfailing passion<\/strong> for floral design.
