The biggest waves are usually found along the east coast at the popular<strong> Soup Bowl<\/strong> in Bathsheba. Experienced surfers will love it there.<\/p>\n<p>For the less experienced there are many surfing spots with gentler waves to get you started. <a title=\"Barbados surf lessons and board rentals\" href=\"http:\/\/barbados.org\/surfing.htm?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=link&amp;utm_campaign=Post\" target=\"_blank\">Several locals run surf shops<\/a> providing lessons and renting boards.
