its own remote controlled green heart wooden gate entrance and driveway and is discreetly situated
across the garden at the other end of the property.
All rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom is (14ft x 12ft) with walk-in dressing cupboard (6ft x 5ft) and ensuite bathroom (11ft x 5ft). The second bedroom is (13ft x 12 ft) with walk-in dressing cupboard (5ft x 5ft) and ensuite bathroom (7ft x 5ft). Both are air-conditioned.
The 2007 Maple kitchen/laundry area (124 sq ft) leads into the L-shaped living-room (266 sq ft), with an external partly covered patio dining area of (28ft x 9ft). This floor is made of slatted green heart wood, extending to the open air terracotta tiled terrace facing onto the banana grove.
On the terrace in the early morning, one can see humming birds playing games as they slide down the banana leaves picking up shiny beads of night dew onto their wings, or watch a family of monkeys playing in the orchard of grapefruit, lime, and mango trees.
The living area is all on one level however 
is slightly elevated with six steps leading from the front entrance as well as towards the orchard in the garden.
