This delightful property was built in 1974 (refurbished in 2007 with new Light Oak kitchen).
It is a peaceful paradise where the Barbadian brown dove lives
happily along with other tropical birds. The pool area is the most tranquil
of places to dream and ‘star
gaze’ in
the evening, whilst listening to the tiny whistling frogs. In the early morning and at sunset monkeys can be seen in the trees and garden.
This
3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa of approximately 3,314 sq. ft. including
a large swimming pool is nestled within an acre of mature gardens.
The master bedroom (28ft x 13ft) with king-size bed and TV includes
a dressing room (10ft x 8ft) and an en-suite bathroom (12ft x 6ft). The other 2 bedrooms (14ft x 12ft with 2 single beds and 12ft x 10ft with one queen-size bed) share
a bathroom (10ft x 5ft). Each of the three bedrooms are air-conditioned. An additional third bathroom (8ft x 6ft) adjoins the pool patio.
The 2007 Light Oak kitchen (16ft x 11ft) faces on to a
courtyard (14ft x 22ft) with a dining room (15ft x 19ft) beyond, looking out over the orchard. All main rooms have ceiling fans. The laundry room (6.5ft x 5ft) is outside the kitchen with its own separate entrance.
The 30ft x 16ft swimming pool has an 8ft wide cement "cool deck" surface and is overlooked by an open air, terracotta tiled front entrance patio (25ft x 21ft) and a spacious, covered terracotta tiled living/dining and entertainment L-shaped patio (635 sq ft). This leads off from the study room (12ft x 9ft)
and living-room (18ft x 14ft). The passage area linking the study room to the living
room is (10ft x 6ft). The pool area is surrounded by a private
garden including a breadfruit tree.
There is also an attractive secure wooden lattice guard fencing around the swimming pool, making the property particularly
children and family friendly.

almost all on one level except for entering or ascending onto patios where there are 3 steps.
Access to is via a remote controlled wooden green heart gate. A long driveway
ends at a double car garage (20ft x 19ft) which includes the staff
