We're
just 40 metres from the lovely, meandering Paynes Bay beachfront
in the internationally acclaimed West Coast tourist area. Our
guests simply cross the street onto the shore where they can immediately
bathe in the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. They can amble for miles
along curving white sands, beside the tranquil waters of Paynes
Bay, Sandy Lane Bay, Sunset Crest, past Holetown & beyond.
These waters are perfectly suited for dipping, swimming, lounging
on floating gear & snorkelling at almost any place along the
way. After this, you will begin to understand why the West Coast of
Barbados is world-renowned as an up market tourism destination.
Coral
Lane Beach Apartments is a brief stroll
from some of the finest restaurants & hotels in the Caribbean.
There are also budget eateries close by; if you wish to order in,
this can be arranged.
Nearby
are well-stocked supermarkets, mini-marts and a 24-hour convenience-mart.
The charming, coastal town of Holetown lies 3 minutes northward
along the West Coast road by vehicle, with banking, shopping,
duty-free facilities & restaurants from the affordable
to exclusive.
For
those of you familiar with the West Coast, as we are new
to the area, here are some nearby properties that will help
you locate us - Tamarind Cove Hotel, Treasure Beach
Hotel, Crystal Cove Hotel, Coconut Creek (now Sandy Cove),
The Cliff Restaurant, Daphnes Restaurant, Crocodile Den,
the petrol station at the bottom of Holders Hill, Bombas
(now the Blue Monkey). The Coach House & Sandy Lane are
a mile north. We are very near the Paynes Bay Methodist church,
overlooking the bay.
Water
sports abound on this coast and are sufficiently managed
to reserve large stretches for tranquil sea bathing.
A scenic
tour of our diversely lovely isle can be arranged for you.
Superb
bus service through Paynes Bay directly links us to: Bridgetown
(9 mins), the South Coast (15
mins), Holetown (3 mins) & Speightstown
(14 mins).

Accommodation & Amenities
These
recently built accommodations, opened in 2004, comprise 16 studio
apartments & 2 one bedroom apartments, with the building, furnishings
and appliances all relatively new & very well-maintained. We
also offer in-room, broad-band internet at an additional cost.
If you are without your computer, one can be provided.
Standard
furnishings/accessories per apartment include: queen-sized
bed, eight-foot window seat/couch fitted to the wide picture
window, Cable TV, Cellular phone (allows you to save roaming
charges), fridge, cooker, microwave oven, with bathroom and
shower ensuite. It is important to us that we provide clean,
tasteful, well-appointed, modern interiors.
The
cellular phone is loaned free of charge and guests may purchase
phone cards at local resident rates.
Laundry
facilities are provided free of cost.
Both
smokers and non-smokers are welcome. However, all interiors
are non-smoking areas.

All
interiors are considered non-smoking to further improve general
comfort. Smokers are welcome to smoke in the ground floor terraces
or in the general outdoors.
For
roommates of the same gender, they are accommodated in separate beds only.
Additional security deposit against damage or loss is required on or before arrival & refundable at check out.
Minimum
three nights’ advance deposit (or full prepayment for shorter
stays) is required for booking confirmation with balance
due on arrival.
Cancellation
under 28 days' notice subject to three nights' penalty.
